Consultation Booking & Cancellations

​

All consultations with Sofia Perez, Licensed Medical Herbalist, Nutritionist & Iridologist, are booked online or in person. Appointments are confirmed only after full payment.

• Payments & Rescheduling: Payments are in advance. No refunds are given, but appointments can be rescheduled if needed. 

• Late Arrivals: . For online sessions, if you are late, I will wait 15 minutes. After that, the session will be forfeited unless prior notice is given. In-person sessions will not be extended for late arrivals.

• Cancellations by Clients: 24 hours’ notice is required. Failure to notify will result in loss of the fee. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Sofia Perez.

• Cancellations by Clinic: If the clinic cancels an appointment, a full refund will be issued in the original payment format.

Online & In-person Workshops

All workshops, whether attended online or in person, are for guideline purposes only and should not be considered medical advice or used to self-diagnose. If you are taking any medication or have health concerns, it is recommended to consult a qualified medical practitioner or Sofia Perez, Licensed Medical Herbalist, Nutritionist & Iridologist, to ensure suitability.

• Access: Online course materials will be available for 1 month. Most content is online; some materials may be downloadable, which will be clearly indicated in the course structure.

• Payments & Refunds: No refunds are provided for courses once purchased. In exceptional circumstances, a refund may be granted within 5 days of purchase, at the sole discretion of Sofia Perez.

Online Promotions & Email Offers

Where we have a promotion, such as a discount off a product, or a free gift with each purchase, these offers are only available online, and not in any of our shops, unless otherwise indicated. This refers to communication about the offer either on the website, by email or both. Discounted products can not be further discounted by use of a promotion code. In the event of this occurring, the order will not be processed.

Products and Pricing

Products on this website may be withdrawn from sale at any time without prior notice. Prices may also be updated or amended at any time without prior notice.

Shop Products & Herbal Formulas

Herbal products, formulas, and client-specific protocols may be updated or adjusted without prior notice. Changes will be clearly reflected on the website, product labels, or client documentation. Updates may occur due to ingredient availability or improvements in the formulation or protocol to ensure the highest quality and effectiveness.

Fees & Session Policy

​

Sessions are offered at a set professional rate, reflecting the time, preparation, and expertise involved. At this time, I am unable to offer reduced fees or student discounts.

Online consultations are available at a lower fee and provide the same level of care as in-person sessions, except for services requiring physical presence (such as iris photography).

Payment is required in advance to confirm bookings. Once a session is booked and paid for, the agreed fee applies.

If circumstances change, this can be discussed for future sessions, and alternative options such as online consultations may be considered.

Ordering, Payment & Contract

​

When you complete your order and enter your personal and payment details, you are confirming your intent to purchase the selected products or services. Payment will be processed at the time of order.

​

No contract for the sale of any product or service exists between you and Sofia Perez Licenced Medical Herbalist, Nutritionist & Iridologist until you receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been dispatched or your appointment has been confirmed.

All prices are in Euro. If you pay with a non-Euro card, the exchange rate is applied by your bank, not by Sofia Perez Licenced Medical Herbalist, Nutritionist & Iridologist

Note: Liquids cannot be shipped outside the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery & Responsibility

• Delivery is usually 24–48 hours after dispatch.

• Delays may occasionally occur, especially during busy times of the year.

• Standard post parcels cannot be tracked. While every care is taken, I cannot be held responsible for postal delays or items lost in transit.

Second Shipments

• If a second shipment is requested, the cost of the item and postage will need to be covered by the client.

​

Proof of Posting

• Posting date will be confirmed by message or email.

• Standard post is sent using pre-stamped envelopes, which do not provide tracking or postal receipts.

• Courier deliveries require a signature as proof of delivery.

Additional Notes

• Products are delivered for personal use only, not for resale.

• Products will be dispatched within 6 working days of receiving the order.

• Shipping rates and policies are subject to change at any time.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Consultations & Workshops

• Consultations and workshops are non-refundable.

• If you cannot attend, you may reschedule or transfer your booking to another workshop or session.

• Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Sessions or workshops cannot be converted to cash refunds.

Herbal Protocols

• Personalized herbal protocols are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• This includes all custom formulas created specifically for the client’s health needs.

​

Tisane Shop Products

• Products purchased from the Tisane shop can be refunded or exchanged if returned unopened within 10 days of receipt.

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

​

Damaged Items

• In the rare event of damage during transit, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged items

  2. Email the photos to info@consciousearthmedicine.com as soon as possible after receipt

• Once proof of damage is received, a full refund or replacement will be issued, depending on the customer’s preference.

Additional Notes

• Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

• Personalized products or opened items are not eligible for return or refund.

• All rescheduling requests for consultations or workshops are subject to availability.
