About the event
Living foods promote a diet rich in antioxidants and enzymes, which is low in sodium and sugars. My mission is to educate people and provide them with tools to find a balanced diet and that they can focus on preventative health rather than treating diseases.
The workshop includes a theory part where the topic will be expanded and deepened. A second part with practicalities (where to buy equipment if needed, ingredients, storage) and finally a show-cooking and tasting session.
At the end of each workshop, participants will learn the benefits of a living food diet, easy-to-made recipes, and the medicinal properties of each ingredient used in the show-cooking. In sum, they will feel confident to implement the same experience at home.
The courses can be stand alone courses or can be taken in full during the six weeks.
