Payments are made in advance. No refunds are given, but appointments may be rescheduled if needed.

For online sessions, if you are late, up to 15 minutes will be allowed. After this time, the session may be forfeited unless prior notice is given. In-person sessions will not be extended for late arrivals.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in loss of the session fee. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Sofia Perez.

If a consultation is cancelled by the clinic, a full refund will be issued.

Workshops, whether online or in person, are for guidance and educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

If you are taking medication or have health concerns, it is recommended to consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

​

Online course materials are typically available for 1 month. Some content may be downloadable, as indicated.

No refunds are provided once purchased. In exceptional circumstances, a refund may be granted within 5 days at the discretion of Sofia Perez.

Promotions, discounts, or offers are valid online only unless otherwise stated. Discounted products cannot be combined with additional promotional codes. Orders that attempt to apply multiple discounts may not be processed.

Products may be withdrawn, updated, or amended at any time without notice.

Herbal products, formulas, and client-specific protocols may also be adjusted due to ingredient availability or improvements in formulation.

All prices are listed in Euro. Exchange rates for non-Euro payments are determined by your bank.

Sessions are offered at a professional rate reflecting the time, preparation, and expertise involved.

Payment is required in advance to confirm bookings. Once a session is booked and paid for, the agreed fee applies.

Alternative options, such as online consultations, may be considered if circumstances change.

By completing an order, you confirm your intent to purchase the selected product or service. Payment is processed at the time of order.

No contract exists until confirmation of dispatch or appointment has been received.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–4 working days. Parcels are sent via tracked postal service, and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €7.50 for the Republic of Ireland (up to 5kg) and a €19 fee for EU deliveries.

Shipping policies and rates may be updated at any time.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed and confirmed, a replacement or second shipment will be arranged at no additional cost.

If a second shipment is requested for any other reason outside of damage or fault, the cost of the item and postage will be the responsibility of the customer.

Consultations, workshops, and personalised herbal protocols are non-refundable.

Unopened products may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

​

Damaged items must be reported as soon as possible with photographic evidence. Once confirmed, a refund or replacement will be issued.

​

Products must be returned in original condition. Opened or personalised items are not eligible for return.

All payments are processed securely through trusted providers. Your financial information is handled with appropriate security measures.
